Great care is taken with the making of all jewellery but if there is a problem with the order then returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted. Please contact me by email in the first instance within 7 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations of orders are to be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note that return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless there is damage or defective goods and that sale, custom or personalised items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If an item is broken or damaged on arrival, a refund or exchange of goods can be given upon safe return of the item, in its original package. Please also email me a photo when initially notifying me about the damage. I will arrange a replacement and cover the shipping costs for the return.
